What are the delivery charges for orders from the Bear Lockers Shop?
We did not charge any shipping fee. Shipping is FREE to East and West Malaysia!
Which payment methods are accepted in the Bear Lockers Shop?
We accept Credit Card and Debit Card payment (Via Paypal) , Major Online Bank transfer using Billplz Payment Gateway & Offline Bank Transfer (Using CDM Cash machine)
How long will delivery take?
Normally it will take 2-3 days. We will send your packaging via PosLaju.
How is it Free Return works?
FREE RETURN only accepted if it is due to:
  • Manufacturing defect of the item.
  • Seller mistakenly send wrong item of what been ordered by customer.
  • Item still in packaging, not use in any way.
  • Must be return within 7 days after received.
You must return an item in the same condition as it was received, not used or altered in any way. You must also include, in the same condition as it was received:
  • All original packaging such as boxes, bags, and tags.
  • Certificates, manuals, warranty, and rebate cards
  • "Free gifts" or bonus items
  • All items included in a bundle
IMPORTANT NOTIFICATION
Team Bear Lockers would like to advise customer regarding Mail theft. Mail theft continues to be a problem, especially if the package was sent to office/apartment. Problems arising from the theft can take months or longer to resolve. Identity theft and other types of fraud are the usual occurrences. Package should be picked up as soon as possible and not left in the office overnight.

What we can offer is an additional insurance paid to protect your package against mishandling/missing during the delivery process by our chosen courier services.

What you can do to ensure you receives the package:
  1. Double check on your delivery details (name, address, phone number)
  2. Making sure there’s a reliable and responsible people to receive your package on your behalf if the address is at an office/apartment/accommodation. In case your office/apartment/accommodation has a reception or gatekeeper, you should also check if your package was left there by the courier driver.
We will not be responsible on the package once it has been delivered to the correct address that are given/confirm by your ends, however we will try to help you in resolving the issue.
